You can email a copy of your referral form to bookme@vasseradiology.com.au and we call you to arrange an appointment. Please ensure your best contact number is included in the email or on the form.
The clinic is conveniently situated in the centre of Vasse, opposite Coles and close to Vasse Farmer’s market. There is parking behind the clinic (turn left just prior to the clinic as you enter the Vasse precinct). If you have mobility concerns, please contact the clinic before your arrival, and we can assist you in entering the clinic.
